We’re not sure white is such a good call for the final board? seems like it will get dirty quick and how many skateboards out there have white griptape!? Apparently:

“The board we’ve shown so far is like the Darth Vader of skateboards, it’s not the finished peripheral. We’re going with a white board which is more consumer friendly. It’s much more iPod-like for want of a better term,” The designers told GamesIndustry.biz.

Anyways, It’s funny to note that the board is limited to folks 300 lbs. and under! according to Robomodo and maybe that is just as well because we’ve also heard that yes, Tony Hawk Ride is indeed one hell of a work out!!

RoboModo co-founder Josh Tsui also told GI.biz:

“[the board] is the most advanced peripheral on the market. It really is going to usher a next generation of controllers for games.”

You can get a peak of it in action here:

Quoted from Bltiz Blog:

“Adobe Creativity Conducted” Interactive Wall Experience features a holographic-like projection system on which you can paint images and designs using a Nintendo Wii remote control. This full screen Flash application runs in HD resolution, and was premiered during the primary Adobe party of the MAX 07 Conference in Chicago. The experience ran uninterrupted for the duration of the party (4 hours), and received nonstop foot traffic resulting in 68 artistic creations submitted as images to a Flickr account.”

This awesome thesis project lets you create electronic graffiti with your Wiimote! Expect alot more from this I can imagine some wicked games involving throwing up bombs and being scored on technique, would be even better playing on a canvas sized projection!

Quoted from WiiSpray:

…now it is my diploma thesis! I’m planning to build a new spraycan with more functions and also an advanced software with collaborative spraying option, different caps, different colours…. and maybe different Sprayers

Quoted from WiiSpray:

The basic idea was to build a computer hardware interface which is similar to an existing analog tool. An new interface will force new experiences. Forget about keyboard and mouse: with WiiSpray we created a new human computing interface (HCI). The use of WiiSpray is similar of using a real spray can – but without the colour and the toxic smells. WiiSpray is based on Adobe Flash, a WiiFlashServer and the Nintendo Wii® device. With this techology and a computer supported technology it is possible to move wireless through the space. You don´t need to learn this device – just start spraying intuitively. And the best is, after finishing your grafitti you can upload it to our website and look at it at any time from everywhere.

In this video you can have a short look into the final diploma presentation of WiiSpray 2nd edition on March 25th 2009 at eWerk with a small audience. Remember – this is only Nintendo Wii technics and Flash!
